-Install plumbing for new 5 bathroom homes & cutting cement to add a bath in an existing home.
Bath remodels - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and installation of plumbing systems.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, bathtubs, water heaters, and water softeners.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters to plan and execute plumbing projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about plumbing systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a plumber or completion of an apprenticeship program.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring and cutting pipes.
- Knowledge of construction plumbing codes and regulations.
- Experience with HVAC systems is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in tight spaces.
